communications clients for twenty-two years. Jay
is a family man who enjoys family get-togethers,
theatre, symphony, cooking, arts and crafts--and most of
all his grandchildren.

background in Law Enforcement. He has been giving
expert advice and personalized service to his clients
for eleven years. His experience as a police

Tracey McGonigle, Office Manager
Tracey, age 35, has over 17 years in the customer service
arena, including work in fast-paced call centers for the
Philadelphia Inquirer and a large mortgage company. Her
extensive customer service background provides her with
a strong ability to put our clients first in helping
them reach their goals. Tracey lives in Cherry Hill,
New Jersey, with her husband and 3 children.
